Several manufacturers have provided single cup brewing using those little cones that sit on top of your mug. But they need paper filters which waste trees. When I first saw SwissGold's Single Cup Brewer I thought it peculiar. Then I brewed with it. It turns out, the Swiss, those paragon of design engineers, have once again produced an efficient, waste-free method of brewing one single mug of coffee. (Or herbal coffee as we hope you prefer.) You don't have to stand there pouring water over the grounds while you watch it drip. Instead one pour into the brewer cup and you're done. Moments later you're drinking a lovely cup of Teeccino. Small enough to travel with you easily to your office or some exotic location.
