If you are serious about the Fat Flush Plan, this cookbook is required. Even though I had already done the plan myself, reading the cookbook expanded my understanding of the range of what could be eaten and how it should be prepared. Beginning with the basics like cooking with broth instead of oil or substituting Stevia for sugar, each recipe shows you how to create flavorful dishes using a large variety of herbs and spices that have healthful properties and can even assist the weight loss process. My favorite recipes include the Teeccino smoothies (of course), marinated shrimp over squash (no need for rice), stuffed portobellow mushrooms (I could eat them every day) and blueberry mousse (sweetened with Stevia)! The Cookbook makes the Plan easier to understand and follow because you can see exactly what you are supposed to eat, how you should prepare it, and what you can look forward to once you arrive at phase 2 and 3 of the Plan! Enjoy this collection of creative dishes from those dedicated souls who have followed Ann Louise’s Plan to a healthy, thinner self.
