Ingredients

  • 4 oz [Lion's Mane Rhodiola Rose Mushroom Herbal Coffee], 2 tea bags steeped in 8-10 oz hot water
  • 4 oz Poppi Blackberry Rose Prebiotic Soda
  • 3-4 fresh blackberries
  • 1 oz Vanilla Blackberry Rose simple syrup, recipe follows
  • 2 oz So Delicious Coconut Creamer (Milkadamia creamer is excellent as well), optional
  • Ice cubes

    Simple Syrup:
  • 4oz Teeccino Lion’s Mane Rhodiola, strongly brewed grounds
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen blackberries
  • ¼ cup wildflower honey
  • ½ vanilla bean
  • ¼ tsp rosewater, optional

Prep Time : 15 minutes, Chilling Time : 1 hour, Calories per serving : 140

  1. Brew 2 tbsp of Teeccino Lion’s Mane Rhodiola herbal coffee per cup of water. Allow to cool before placing in the refrigerator to chill.
  2. Make the simple syrup by combining all simple syrup ingredients in a small sauce pot and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  3. Place blackberries in a rocks glass and muddle with simple syrup.
  4. Add chilled Teeccino and stir before adding ice.
  5. Top with Poppi Blackberry Rose Prebiotic soda and coconut creamer.
  6. Garnish with fresh blackberries and enjoy!
