Vanilla Nut was the first Teeccino flavor I ever created. I wanted to feature vanilla beans from Mexico where I was working to preserve rainforests.
Vanilla, the only orchid used in food, has become a favorite the world over due to its unparalleled fragrance and complex, heady flavor. Vanilla is indigenous to Central America where it was discovered by the native people centuries before the Spanish arrived. Now this may seem like trivia, but do you know that each vanilla bean has to be handled hundreds of times during its 6 month curing process? Doesn’t that bring home the wonder of nature and the cleverness of humans?

"I have had some serious intestinal challenges and the occasional cup of coffee I used to enjoy is off limits.
I tried this flavor of Teeccino for my Mother's Day breakfast instead and I made it just as strong as I do a coffee (2 T to one cup in a drip coffee maker) and added a dash of organic cream and a little Stevia or Xylitol. Everyone loved it, including my sophisticated coffee drinkers, and the conversation buzzed about what a great substitute it is.
I am hooked and happy to learn that Teeccino is good for digestion. I can't wait for my next cup!

" 2 years ago the doctor told me I couldn't have caffeine (nor de-caf) anymore. It made my heart pound and the beat became dangerously irregular. After being a coffee drinker all my life, and enjoying espresso every night, I was shattered!
My daughter found your website while frantically trying to find a "caffeine-free" coffee. She ordered me the Mediterranean for my morning "coffee" and the Vanilla Nut for steaming in my espresso maker.
When I came home to the smell and sound of the Mediterranean "coffee" brewing, it brought tears to my eyes. Though slightly different from regular coffee, it gave me that same comforting feeling that I missed so much.
The Vanilla Nut, brewed as espresso, with a little whipped cream on top, has become our favorite evening drink ever! My husdand even loves it, and he wasn't even a coffee drinker. Even if I was told I could have regular coffee again, I would continue to have this every night instead of espresso! It is so delicious, and the smell fills the kitchen. We feel as if we are at a "coffee cafe"! My Life has changed - forever!

"I started drinking Teechino about 8 months ago to cut back on regular coffee. I drank 1 to 2 cups a day, but I didn't like the jitteryness or acidity I noticed. I substitute half the amount with Teechino. This has helped a lot and I really like the taste. Sometimes in the evening I drink Teechino only. It's hard to find and when I can get free shipping that's a big savings. "

"I drink coffee,but since I found this Vanilla Nut Teeccino about a year ago at a health food store,I started mixing the grounds with my regular coffee,then brew. What a good taste and that way I don't drink as much regular coffee. I also started drinking the Van. Nut in the evenings as a warm comforting drink without the caffeine. I plan to cut back more and more on the coffee."

"I used to drink coffee for the taste and warmth, But am very caffeine sensitive and even one cup early in the morning would keep me up at night.
I tried many coffee alternatives and liked them as well, well not all of them truly, but was happy to find something close in taste, I walked by this product many many times in the grocery store because I thought It wouldn't be good, I thought It would be bitter tasting.
