Ingredients: Gluten-free rolled oats, organic quinoa seeds, organic amaranth seeds, dates (dates rice flour), roasted almonds, organic milled chia seeds, organic milled flax seeds (golden & brown), organic pumpkin seeds, organic dried cranberries (cranberries, apple juice, sunflower oil), organic apples, organic cinnamon, organic & raw roasted ramón seeds, natural cranberry & apple flavors.
Get the best results from TeeChia by activating its unique fiber before eating it. Simply hydrate a serving of TeeChia in a bowl by pouring a small amount of water over it. Water, whether hot or cold, quickly releases the soluble fiber in both chia and flax. We recommend adding milk, yogurt or non-dairy alternatives to TeeChia after it has been soaked because milk or its non-dairy alternative won’t activate the gel as quickly and efficiently as water does.
TO START: Place about 1/2 cup (50g) of TeeChia in a cereal bowl.
HOT: Add 1/2 cup hot water and stir to mix it into TeeChia. Water that has just been boiled will absorb the fastest in under 30 seconds.
COLD: Add 1/3 cup cold water and stir to mix it into TeeChia. Let sit for 1-2 minutes for the water to become absorbed. Note: Less water is used in the cold preparation method as the fiber gel does not form as quickly as it does with hot water.
ADD: Milk, yogurt or any non-dairy alternative. Enjoy TeeChia with fresh fruit and berries for extra sweetness and nutrients. Honey, maple syrup or a natural non-caloric sweetener like stevia can sweeten TeeChia if desired. Juice can be an alternative for milk too!

"I love to make my Apple Cranberry Teechia with a little hot water first then add 0% Greek yogurt, berries or sliced green apple, a few nuts and a drizzle of agave syrup. Really yummy and starts my day off right. I have grounded, balanced energy all morning, can eat less for lunch and have the extra added plus of regularity.
