This sorbet is so creamy and dairy free, you'll think you are eating ice cream. Even better, it's so easy to make! The flavor is a unique combination of coffee, vanilla, and coconut, without the acidity and caffeine of real coffee. It is also a wonderful dessert, for any occasion, any time of the year!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups brewed double strength Vanilla Nut Teeccino
  • .75 cups organic sugar or non-caloric sweetener
  • 1 14oz can light coconut milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • .5 tsp Teeccino grounds

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk all ingredients together until well blended.
  • Freeze mixture in ice cream maker according to manufacturers instructions.

Super Memory Ice Cream

From Down Under comes an Australian recipe for enhancing memory by eating Banana Ice Cream flavored with Teeccino's all-purpose grind. The sugar-free and vegan recipe calls for using the inside of the banana peels as well as the fruit so please buy organic bananas! Banana peels contain tryptophan that boosts seratonin production so maybe thats why the Aussies found that this ice cream improves their memory. You can enjoy this ice cream with lots of optional ingredients beyond the basic recipe. This is so easy to make but if youd like to watch a video, check out this fun video on Youtube. Ingredients

  • 6 ripe, organic bananas
  • 1 4oz can coconut cream preferably organic
  • 1 11oz bag of Teeccino - any flavor!
  • .5 cup Cashew or almond milk
  • Optional: chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Peel the bananas and keep the skins.
  • Cut each banana into about 4 pieces and place into your blender.
  • Scrape the inside of the banana skins with a knife and place the white strings in the blender too.
  • Add 1 x 4oz can of organic Coconut Cream
  • Add a quarter cup of cashew milk, almond milk or water
  • Add 6 teaspoons or more if that suits your palette of ground Teeccino yes the actual grounds, not brewed. Choose your favourite Teeccino flavor!
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Place into one large container or several small ones and place in the freezer.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours.
  • Let sit at room temperature for around 1/2 hour before serving until it is soft enough to spoon out.
  • Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Salted Butter
  • 1 cup Organic Sugar
  • 1 cup Whole wheat flour or gluten-free flour
  • 1 cup TeeChia Blueberry Date
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups Fresh berries blueberry, blackberry, raspberry, strawberry
  • 1 tbs Lemon juice
  • 1 pint Vanilla ice cream optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 F
  • Coat a square glass baking dish with butter.
  • Prepare topping in a medium bowl: combine sugar, flour, tsp cinnamon, and TeeChia.
  • Use your hands or pastry cutter to mix ingredients together until the biggest pieces are pea sized. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together 1 tbs lemon juice and the berries.
  • Spread the berry mixture evenly in the baking pan
  • Sprinkle topping over berry mixture.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Serve warm or at room temperature topped with vanilla ice cream.
