Caroline MacDougall discusses the story of Teeccino – from the dream she had that was the inspiration for a ‘caffeine-free cappuccino’ called Teeccino to the development of the Mediterranean flavors with dates and figs, followed by the Maya flavors with organic Ramon nuts from Central America.  Caroline speaks of her important work creating new trade with communities in the rainforests of Guatemala, and with organic smallholder farmers in India.
