It all began with roasting ground almonds in my oven to a gorgeous golden brown and then blending them with vanilla beans I had brought up from Veracruz, Mexico where vanilla is indigenous. I was working with native smallholder farmers who were growing and curing vanilla beans just the way their ancestors had invented many centuries before. Here’s my confession: Vanilla Nut was my first Teeccino flavor and still remains my original love. With a hint of coconut to accent the almonds, Teeccino Vanilla Nut made with dandelion roots produces a fragrant, heady aroma that wafts into your nose, excites your taste buds, and tells your body to get ready for a stimulating treat!

Detoxing with dandelion root is really the tastiest way to put your body into a cleansing mode. Along with stimulating bitters that activate the bitter receptors throughout your body’s liver, colon, and kidneys, dandelion and chicory roots contain inulin, a prebiotic soluble fiber that feeds your probiotics.

No other brand of coffee alternatives offers certified gluten-free flavors. Even though Teeccino’s Maya and Mediterranean flavors have been tested to have no detectable levels of gluten at 5 parts per million when brewed using a paper filter, you may be worried that you might still experience a reaction to the barley in Teeccino.   • 28 brewed 10 oz cups per 10 oz bag
  • All-purpose grind brews in any kind of coffee brewer including drip coffee makers, French press pots, Italian moka pots and espresso machines.
  • Use the refillable K-cup with Teeccino’s all-purpose grind for Keurig single serve brewers.
  • Drip Coffee Maker: Use 1 rounded Tbsp per 2 cups of water.
  • Filter Cone: Use 1 rounded Tbsp per 10 oz water.
  • French Press: Add 1-2 Tbsp to ‘3-cup’, 3-4 Tbsp to ‘8-cup’ pots. Steep for 3 minutes.
  • Espresso Machine: Use the double porta-filter and 102 rounded Tbsp. Brew according to machine instructions.
  • Iced Teeccino: Chill brewed Teeccino. Or make a strong brew using 2 Tbsp per 2 cups water and pour the hot brew over ice.
  • Adjust brewing strength and drink black or add creamer, milk, non-dairy milk and/or sweetener according to personal preference.

Makes 28 X 10 oz Cups

  • Adjust brewing strength to your own personal preference. If a brew tastes too strong, simply dilute it by adding hot water, milk or nondairy milk.
  • Brewed Teeccino can be reheated because its flavor doesn’t go stale like coffee does. Store brewed Teeccino in the refrigerator for up to a week.
  • Iced Teeccino is delicious too!

    Delicious AND completely gluten free

    This is my second favorite flavor, but we alternate with our favorite (Dandelion Mocha) just for variety. We brew a pot of Teeccino every day and usually like it best with a little creamer and an inch of milk.
    We like other Teeccino varieties, but the likelihood of getting some of the grounds in the cup was too risky for my celiac husband. Thank you for developing the Dandelion flavors, which contain no barley at all.

    Too light & fruity

    I adore the regular Vanilla Nut Teeccino. This variety was not as robust and had a fruity aftertaste. However, I can see this would be a terrific product for the right teeccino drinker.

    After having been told that I needed to include dandelion in my diet, I was a bit perplexed at what to do until I ordered your product. It is smooth, and light and tastes deliciously nutty with hints of vanilla and I am getting dandelion in my diet!

    I like the taste. 4 rating is only because I like the Dark Roast better. Super to have the choice finally as a Gluten-Allergic, Caffeine-free (by choice) individual to have my hot drink” whenever I want it. I use a French Press for speed and best flavor.”

    This tastes even better than the barley one. I feel really good drinking it too. I am allergic to gluten and newly diagnosed with ic so i had to give up coffee. Now im happy I did because this is so much better! Thanks for making a barley-free one!!!

    I have been drinking regular Teeccino for years but was worried about the barley since I am celiac.

    Now I don’t have to worry and the taste is oustanding! My husband is pretty fussy, he’ll drink only one kind of the teeccino with barley and none of the flavored ones but he really likes this vanilla nut!
