Teeccino Coconut Pops

Ah, the sweet relief of an ice pop on a hot day. Packed full of flavor and nutrients, these coconut pops are sure to wow at your next pool party or refresh you after a long day outside!
Course Energy Snacks


  • 2 bags Teeccino Tea Your Choice of Flavor
  • 3 tbsp Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 tbsp Coconut Flakes
  • 1 whole Ripe Banana
  • 1/4 tsp Almond Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg


  • Brew Teeccino Tea in 12oz hot water using two tea bags for ~10 minutes
  • Mix 1 tbsp coconut milk and 1/2 tbsp coconut flakes. Add to the bottom layer of ice pop mold. Set in freezer for 20 minutes.
  • While the bottom layer is in the freezer, prepare the middle layer by mixing 2 tbsp coconut milk, 1 ripe mashed banana, 1/4 tsp almond extract, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, and half of the brewed tea.
  • Add the middle layer to the ice pop mold and freeze for 20 minutes.
  • Add the top layer of just the left over tea and freeze until solid.

  • 1 cup Teechia Blueberry Date
  • 10-12 dates pitted (Deglet Noor work best)
  • 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans or pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup currants blueberries or raisins
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder optional coating
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds optional coating
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut optional coating


  • Soak the pitted dates in 1/4 cup hot water in a small bowl.
  • Mash the dates into the hot water with a fork.
  • In a food processor (some blenders may work too), grind up the nuts or pumpkin seeds until they are small, diced pieces
  • Add the TeeChia and blend well.
  • Add the dates with the water they were soaked in.
  • Add the dried fruit.
  • Blend well until a lump or ball forms.
  • Put the cocoa powder, coconut, and/or sesame seeds on individual plates.
  • Using a tablespoon, scoop up some of the TeeChia mixture and form into a ball.
  • Roll the ball around on one of the optional coatings until it is completely covered.
  • Place on a plate to serve or store in an air-tight container. May be refrigerated for storage up to several weeks.


Makes 12-15 balls depending on how large or small you desire them to be.

Detox Dandelion Turmeric Bites

These Detox Dandelion Turmeric Bites are a delicious and guilt-free way to satisfy your sweet tooth. Not to mention, these little power bites deliver natural energy, anti-inflammatory turmeric plus lauric acid and healthy fats from coconut manna. A no-bake recipe, these are easy to make & even easier to eat. Enjoy!

  • We made two different versions of these yummy little treats. We used Nutiva’s Almond Coconut Mana for one and Nutiva’s Chocolate Coconut Mana for the other. We loved both and highly recommend trying out both as well!


  • 1 cup Nutiva’s Almond Coconut Manna
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded coconut plus 1 tablespoon extra for topping
  • 1 tbsp brewed Teeccino Dandelion Turmeric
  • 2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tbsp honey


  • 1 cup Nutiva’s Chocolate Coconut Manna
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp brewed Teeccino Dandelion Turmeric
  • 2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tbsp honey

Optional: Handful of crushed nuts for topping


    • Add softened coconut mana (make sure it is soft but not fully liquiand shredded coconut to a mixing bowl and stir well to combine.
    • Add the remaining ingredients and stir well.
    • Using your hands, roll the dough into balls about 1.5″ in diameter and place on a plate lined with parchment paper.
    • For the almond flavor, sprinkle a bit of coconut shreds on top of the balls. For the chocolate flavor, we used crushed peanuts (you can use your favorite nut, or skip this steto achieve a peanut-butter chocolate flavor.
    • Put bites into the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.
    • Remove from the fridge and enjoy!


    Note: These can also be saved for up to a week in your fridge in an airtight container. We even saved a few in the freezer for “emergency sweets”!
