Teeccino Caramel Nut Macchiato

Enjoy this sweet treat with friends and family for a night to remember! When Caroline shared this with us at the office, we couldn't believe our taste buds! It was creamy, sweet, and bubbling with warmth. We hope you enjoy this home-brewed delight just as much as we did!
Fun fact: Macchiato means “stained” or “marked” in Italian!

Ingredients

Teeccino Macchiato Caramel Sauce

  • 5 tbsp butter unsalted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp finely ground Teeccino Dandelion Caramel Nut use a coffee grinder or nut & seed grinder to make the powder
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

Teeccino Macchiato Caramel Sauce

  • In a heavy saucepan, whisk to together the sugar and water and bring to a boil, whisking constantly.
  • When the sugar has melted, lower the heat. Add the butter and continue to whisk occasionally for 5 minutes as the liquid simmers and thickens.
  • Add the ground Teeccino.
  • Pour in the whipped cream slowly. Whisk while it bubbles and hisses until the cream is blended in and the sauce is smooth.
  • Pour into a glass jar and keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.

Teeccino Caramel Nut Macchiato

  • Brew Teeccino Dandelion Caramel Nut as an espresso in an espresso machine or a Mocha pot or make a strong brew using your drip coffee maker or French press pot by adding 1 ½ times more Teeccino grounds than you would normally use.
  • In a glass mug, fill the bottom ⅛ – ¼ high with Teeccino Caramel Sauce.
  • Pour in brewed Teeccino.
  • Top with frothed hot milk or non-dairy milk or whipped cream.
  • Drizzle Teeccino Caramel Sauce over the top of the foam.
  • For extra delight, use a spoon to dip into the Caramel Sauce at the bottom of the mug while scooping up Teeccino and foamed milk along the way.
  • Enjoy!

If it's Italian, we Americans immediately associate romance and beauty. Truly the monks of the middle ages created a delicious concoction of almonds and oranges when they dreamt up Amaretto liquor. Cant you imagine them mixing and tippling on a little bit of this or that in some cavern surrounded by vats? Fortunately the work has been done for you. Now all you have to do is brew and sip blissfully. Teeccino Amaretto Amore brings romance and the flavor of Italy's finest to your cup!

Ingredients

  • 6 oz brewed Teeccino Mediterranean Almond Amaretto
  • 1/2 oz cinnamon syrup adds 35 calories, diet versions available
  • 2 wedges fresh orange
  • 4 oz hot milk frothed
  • 1/2 oz Amaretto liquor optional, adds 55 calories

Instructions

  • Add cinnamon syrup and Amaretto liqueur to the brewed Teeccino.
  • Heat the milk and foam it using a milk frother.
  • Squeeze the juice of an orange wedge into Teeccino.
  • Stir and add hot, frothed milk.
  • Dust with cinnamon on top of the milk foam. Place the second wedge on the side of the cup for decoration.

  • Put Teeccino grounds into the filter of a drip coffee maker or into a French Press.

  • Brew Teeccino using 4 cups of water in a drip coffee maker or 2 x 10oz cups of water in a French press.
  • Sweeten with chosen sweetener.

Teeccino Eggnog Latte

Nothing could be simpler or oh so delicious! Holiday eggnog can be bought at your favorite specialty grocery store in both dairy and non-dairy versions. Look for brands that have just the simplest ingredients required: eggs, milk, cream, sugar and spices! No alcohol is added to these store-bought brands, so Ive added alcoholic options if desired.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz brewed Teeccino French Roast or French Vanilla, Caramel Nut, Dandelion Caramel Nut
  • 3 oz Eggnog store bought or homemade
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • 1 splash dark rum Optional
  • 1 splash brandy Optional

Instructions

  • In a 12oz mug, fill 2/3 with brewed Teeccino
  • If using home made eggnog, you can skip this step. If using store-bought eggnog, heat the eggnog to warm. Froth with a handheld milk frother or by whipping it briskly with a whisk or handheld blender to get a frothy foam.
  • Pour eggnog into Teeccino. Use a spoon to top the cup with the frothed eggnog foam.
  • Add rum and brandy if desired.
  • Sprinkle top of eggnog with ground nutmeg.
  • Serve and savor!

Teeccino Orange Cardamom Coffee

Ingredients

  • Seeds from 2 cardamom seed pods or 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • 4 tbsp Teeccino Herbal Coffee Rounded tbsp, we used orange flavor!
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • Whipped cream or frothed milk or non-dairy milk alternative
  • 3/4 cup Grand Marnier (Optional)

Instructions

  • Grind the cardamom pods in a mortar and pistil or measure out 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • Mix the cardamom, cinnamon and nutmeg with Teeccino grounds
  • Using a standard coffee maker, pour the Teeccino/cardmom mixture into a coffee filter
  • Pour 8 cups of water into the coffeemaker and brew.
  • If using a French press pot, pour 40oz of boiling water over the grounds and let brew for 3 minutes.
  • If using an espresso machine, add 1 1/2 Tbsp Teeccino/cardmom grounds to a double portafilter.
  • Divide the brewed Teeccino among 4 mugs. Irish coffee mugs are very festive!
  • Add 1/2 ounce Grand Marnier to each mug, if desired.
  • Top each mug with a dollop of whipped cream or froth hot milk and top with foam.
  • Sprinkle with orange zest and serve!

This simple recipe creates a rich spicy mug of freshly brewed Teeccino Pumpkin Spice by adding some pumpkin puree to deepen the flavor!
Thick and creamy, this treat is low in calories but totally satisfies the sweet tooth. Its easy to prepare quickly for the whole family. Enjoy it in an Irish mug for festive occasions. Makes 4-5 mugs.

  • 8 tbsp pumpkin puree from a can
  • 6 cups Teeccino Pumpkin Spice
  • 1 cup milk or non-dairy alternative
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  • Brew 6 cups of Teeccino pumpkin Spice in your drip coffee maker using 4 Tbsp of Teeccino. Or add 4 Tbsp of Teeccino to 30 oz of boiling water in a French Press Pot.
  • Put 1 cup of cold milk or non-dairy alternative into a blender and add 8 Tbsp of pumpkin puree and 3 Tbsp of maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
  • Put the blended milk and pumpkin into a saucepan large enough to hold both the Teeccino and the milk.
  • Heat the milk and add the hot brewed Teeccino to the saucepan. Mix well with a wooden spoon.
  • Test for sweetness. Add more maple syrup if more sweetness is desired.
  • Pour the milk and Teeccino mixture from the saucepan into 4-5 mugs.
  • Top each mug with frothed milk or whipped cream and enjoy!
