Hot Teeccino, icy cold ice cream. Bliss in a cup!

Simply brew Teeccino Dandelion Mocha Mint or Chocolate Mint anyway you prefer.  Add a scoop of your favorite Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream and sip the hot liquid Teeccino through the ice cream as it melts into your mouth. You could literally fall in love with this experience!

Our ice cream preferences? We love our local ice cream maker, McConnell’s, with their super creamy richness. All their flavors are terrific but we have a special crush on their Mint Chip with its extra big and abundant chocolate chips with a slightly green color (purely from vegetable coloring!). We also highly recommend Coconut Bliss Mint Galactica.  For the non-dairy ice cream preference, Coconut Bliss always gets our vote!

Ingredients

  • Teeccino Dandelion Dark Roast or Chocolate Mint
  • 1 pint of your favorite Chocolate Mint ice cream

That’s all you need but if you have a sprig of mint, use it as a garnish for lovely eye appeal!

Directions

  • Brew a strong cup of Teeccino by using 1.5 tbsp of Teeccino per 2 cups water in your drip coffee maker or 10 oz of boiling water in a French press pot.
  • Pour brewed Teeccino into a tall glass that is thick enough to withstand heat. Leave 1″- 2″ of room at the top.
  • Place glass on a small plate to catch any over-flow.
  • Using an ice cream scoop, place a nice round scoop or two of ice cream on top of the hot Teeccino.
  • Go ahead and slurp away!
