Orders placed before noon Eastern time Monday – Friday will ship the same day from our warehouse in California. After this time, the order will ship out the following business day. During promotions, we reserve the right to maintain this lead time on order processing. In the event an item is out-of-stock, our customer service team will contact you by email to see if you want to delay your order or remove that item from your order so it can ship out speedily. Free Shipping on domestic orders over $59:
Free standard shipping applies to U.S. domestic orders over $59. Free shipping is based on merchandise totals after transaction discounts, redeemed rewards, and special promotions. Order must total $59 or more before tax and shipping. Multiple ship-to orders will only qualify for free shipping if merchandise for that ship-to address totals over $59. International and previous orders excluded. Free shipping offer applies only to the standard shipping option. Delivery time for free shipping packages is 7-10 business days.
Use of Promotional Codes:
Only one promotional code may be used per order. If for some reason, more codes are used / accepted, Teeccino Caffé reserves the right to hold the order and contact the customer to establish which code they would like to use.
Teeccino Caffé stands behind its quality and guarantees customer satisfaction. If you receive an item from Teeccino Caffé that does not measure up to our high standards, we would like the opportunity to correct it.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the products and we will gladly replace it or refund your money within 30 days of purchase. (For exceptions, see bullets below) Merchandise like brewing tools and accessories must be in its original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we are responsible for a mis-shipped order.
- Samplers that include free shipping are not included in this return policy. The purpose of a sampler is to taste a variety of flavors to discover which ones you like best. Please call our customer service team to be sure you are brewing or preparing Teeccino correctly. We will do our best to make you happy by finding a replacement flavor from the many Teeccino flavors that meet both tea and coffee drinker’s preferences.
- Additionally, 5 lb bags are not included in this return policy. If you buy a 5 lb bag, you should already have tasted the flavor and know that you love it. If there is a defect in the bag, of course, we will replace it at no charge for replacement shipping.
How To Return an Item:
Please return items as soon as possible.
- Write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip.
- Enclose the slip in the carton and wrap the package securely.

- If you do not have your packing slip, please include the reason for return, along with your name, e-mail address, and phone number (so we may call you with questions) and send the package to the address above.
- For your protection, please use UPS, Fedex or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.
- A credit for the price of the item and applicable taxes will be applied to your credit card. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless a result of an error by Teeccino Caffé.
If you have found another item on our site that you would prefer over the one originally ordered, please return the original item and place a new order.
