SHIPPING INFORMATION

The Teeccino team takes great pride in delivering our herbal coffees and teas to your doorstep.  We use packaging that ensures our products will arrive in good condition. Other retailers sometimes use packaging that subjects Teeccino products to damage during shipping. If any damage occurs to your order from teeccino.com during shipping, please call our Customer Service at 800-498-3434 during business hours so we can resolve the problem.

We often add a gift sample to each order of one of our latest teas for your enjoyment. Every month, Teeccino.com offers a free trial size packet that brews 6 cups in a drip coffee maker for all orders over $25.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Teeccino.com accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are shipped in the order they are received and are sent using the best available shipping methods (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL) considering cost and speed as requested by our customers.

We strive to ship orders placed by 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time on the same day or by the next business day, Monday – Friday, except on Company holidays. If your order is placed over a weekend or holiday, your order will be shipped on the next available business day or at the latest, within 2 business days.

You will receive an order confirmation email and an email with information about how to track your package.

Free Shipping on domestic orders over $59

Free standard shipping applies to U.S. domestic orders over $59. A single order must total $59 or more before tax and shipping. Multiple ship-to orders will only qualify for free shipping if merchandise for that ship-to address totals over $59.

From time to time, Teeccino offers special “Free Shipping” promotions when the free shipping dollar total is reduced. Sign up for The Healthy Tips Newsletter in order to be informed about these promotions. Free shipping offers apply only to the standard shipping option.

International orders are excluded from Free Shipping promotions.

Shipping Via Military Mail

Teeccino will ship to any military or diplomatic address (APO, FPO, DPO). Please include your complete address and any other necessary information as specified by USPS guidelines. https://www.usps.com/ship/apo-fpo-dpo.htm

International Shipping Policy

We offer international shipping to most countries. However, in order to check shipping rates, international customers need to call or email their order to our customer service team directly at info@teeccino.com or by calling 805-966-0999 x 101. After receiving your order, we will provide shipping quotes by various carriers for you to select. It is necessary for you to provide an international phone number to accompany your order.

International shipping by USPS is most economical, however, these packages are not trackable. Teeccino will not be responsible for the delivery of any packages shipped internationally by USPS.

International customers are responsible for paying the required duties, taxes and customs fees for their shipments and clearing these from customs of their country of destination. Duties, taxes and customs fees will not be refunded on any order returns. For more information, please contact your local customs office for more information.

Sales Tax

Teeccino is responsible for charging sales tax, as applicable per state laws and local tax laws or where Teeccino is otherwise obligated to do so. Sales tax can vary per order due to several factors. In most states, there is no sales tax on food. However, there is typically sales tax on gift baskets, accessories and any other non-food items.

How is sales tax calculated?

State and local sales tax, when applicable, will be charged on items purchased from Teeccino.com that are shipped to a United States address. The amount of sales tax charged on any given order is based on a number of factors including, but not limited to:

  • – Type of item purchased
  • – Buyer’s delivery address
  • – Seller’s return address
  • – Shipping costs
Returns and Refunds

We want you to be pleased with your Teeccino products. If you are not satisfied, please contact our customer service team at 800-498-3434 x 101 Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. Our team will be happy to assist you. First time customers may need help identifying the flavor that will most appeal to their palate. Sometime they need brew tips to achieve the optimal strength of brewed Teeccino to match their preference. Our customer service team is very experienced and wants you to be completely satisfied with your Teeccino purchase.

To be eligible for a return and obtain a refund for Teeccino items, the product must have been purchased directly from Teeccino. If you wish to return a product purchased from a retailer, please return it to the retail store where you bought it. If however, the package you bought is defective, we will endeavor to correct the problem by shipping you a replacement.

Any returns to Teeccino must be in its original packaging with which you received your product. The product must have been purchased directly from Teeccino.com and returned within 45 days from date of purchase. The cost of shipping the returned product is the responsibility of the customer.

If Teeccino has made a shipping error or if your package was damaged in transit, we will gladly replace the shipment and ship you a return shipping label paid for by Teeccino.

Items not eligible for returns and refunds:

Products purchased from other on-line vendors or at retail stores. Including Amazon.

Opened or partially used product

Lost or Stolen Shipments

If your shipment shows as delivered to your address, but is missing, you must report the lost shipment to the carrier and follow up with them. If you are unable to locate the package, contact us after 10 days of the original estimated date of receipt of your order.

Teeccino will not be held responsible for orders shipped to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer.

Refused Package

If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed or is refused, you are responsible for the following:

– Original and return shipping costs.
