  • 2 tbsp Salted Butter
  • 1 cup Organic Sugar
  • 1 cup Whole wheat flour or gluten-free flour
  • 1 cup TeeChia Blueberry Date
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups Fresh berries blueberry, blackberry, raspberry, strawberry
  • 1 tbs Lemon juice
  • 1 pint Vanilla ice cream optional


  • Preheat oven to 375 F
  • Coat a square glass baking dish with butter.
  • Prepare topping in a medium bowl: combine sugar, flour, tsp cinnamon, and TeeChia.
  • Use your hands or pastry cutter to mix ingredients together until the biggest pieces are pea sized. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together 1 tbs lemon juice and the berries.
  • Spread the berry mixture evenly in the baking pan
  • Sprinkle topping over berry mixture.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Serve warm or at room temperature topped with vanilla ice cream.
