Lay back, chill out, and relax with this deliciously minty libation. Made simply with Teeccino Chocolate Mint and Creme De Menthe liqueur, this cooler is the perfect end to a dinner party. The perfect blend of sweetness and mint lends itself to this delightfully cool drink. Complete with light foam and hints of chocolate, this Crme De Menthe Chocolate Cooler is sure to be a favorite among all!

  • 2 tbsp of Teeccino Chocolate Mint
  • 4 oz whole milk for foaming (try almond!)
  • 3 oz of Creme de Menthe liqueur
  • Handful of mint leaves for decoration


  • Put Teeccino grounds into the filter of a drip coffee maker or into a French Press
  • Brew Teeccino using 4 cups of water in a drip coffee maker or 2 x 10 oz cups of water in a French press
  • Add Creme De Menthe liqueur (optional)
  • Add frothed milk or non-dairy milk (We added only foam, but milk can be added to the liquid to mix if desired)
  • Place a small mint leaf in the foam (for presentation)
  • Makes 2 servings
