  • 1 cup brewed and chilled Teeccino Orange
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup plain kefir or non-dairy kefir
  • 1/2 cup TeeChia Cranberry Apple or Blueberry Date
  • 1/4 cup whey or plant protein powder
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries, raspberries blueberries, blackberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cubes of ice to make it extra cool!
  • Optional: a tablespoon or 2 of any other super foods you like in a smoothie such as fruit or vegetable powders almond butter, coconut MCT oil, spirulina, maca powder etc


  • Add all ingredients to a blender or mixer
  • Blend on the low speed and then increase speed until thoroughly blended
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy!
