Creamy Orange Popsicle

Remember orange creamsicles? Yikes they were loaded with sugar, but their creamy finish over orange made them memorable forever. Teeccino Orange, brewed strong and blended with frozen orange juice concentrate, then thickened with coconut cream, the thick kind that you have to spoon out of a can, creates a superb popsicle that is worthy of its predecessor’s reputation. Vanilla extract plus honey add just the perfect finish to this toasted and fruity popsicle. Everyone will be clamoring for another one. Go ahead, eat two because they aren’t too rich or too sweet to prevent you from enjoying another! This recipe makes approximately 10 popsicle in a popsicle holder.
Course Dessert


  • 1 Cup – Chilled Teeccino Orange
  • ¼ Can – Frozen orange juice concentrate
  • ½ Can – Coconut cream
  • ·1 tsp – orange zest
  • ¼ Cup – Honey
  • 1 Tbsp – Vanilla extract


  • Brew Teeccino using 4 rounded tablespoons per 8 cups water in a drip coffee maker or 1 tablespoon per 10 oz water in a French Press.
  • Sweeten with honey and mix thoroughly,
  • Chill brewed Teeccino for 4 hours in a refrigerator or 1 hour in a freezer.
  • Into a blender, add chilled Teeccino, orange juice concentrate, coconut cream, orange zest and vanilla extract.
  • Pour into Popsicle molds and add sticks.
  • Freeze until solid.
  • Enjoy on a hot afternoon or for an after-dinner treat.
