Theres nothing more yummy than a good berry or apple crisp unless that crispy crust is made with TeeChia!   • 4 granny smith apples or tart apples
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar or coconut sugar for lower glycemic load
  • 1/2 tsp organic butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt if butter unsalted
  • 1/2 cup TeeChia Cranberry Apple


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Peel, core and slice apples into 8 inch baking dish.
  • Sprinkle apples with lemon juice.
  • Work together remaining ingredients, lightly so not to overwork and become oily.
  • Spread mixture evenly over apples.
  • Bake for 35 minutes or so (until apples are tender)
  • Serve over vanilla ice cream or with whipped cream!
