  • 10 fl oz brewed Teeccino brewed and chilled
  • 1-2 scoops whey protein powder equal to 20g of protein
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 cup berries frozen or fresh
  • 1 scoop MacroLife Miracle Reds or Greens
  • 1/4 cup TeeChia Super Seeds Cereal
  • 6 oz Greek low-fat yogurt
  • 3 oz Mori-Nu Silken Soft Tofu
  • 1 tsp stevia leaf powder for sweetness
  • Frozen Teeccino ice cubes for Frappuccino
  • 7 individual cashews or almonds soaked in water for 2 hours


  • Brew and chill any flavor of Teeccino following any of the iced Teeccino recipes.
  • Pour Teeccino into a blender or food processor.
