TeeChia Tofu Berry Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed berries fresh or frozen. We used strawberries, blueberries and raspberries!
  • 1 cup silken tofu soft
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 to 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/3 cup Blueberry Date TeeChia
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated peeled ginger add a bit more for a spicier kick!

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine berries, tofu and pomegranate juice, 2 tablespoons honey, Blueberry Date TeeChia, and ginger.
  • Blend until smooth, 15 to 20 seconds.
  • Adjust sweetness and spice by adding honey or ginger.
  • Enjoy!
