TeeChia Tofu Berry Protein Smoothie

  • 2 cups mixed berries (we used strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries!) fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup silken tofu
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
  • 2 tbsp honey up to 3
  • 1/3 cup Blueberry Date TeeChia
  • 1 tsp ginger peeled and finely grated (add a bit more for a spicier kick!)


  • In a blender, combine berries, tofu and pomegranate juice. Add in 2 tablespoons honey, Blueberry Date TeeChia, and ginger.
  • Blend until smooth, 15 to 20 seconds.
  • Adjust sweetness and spice by adding honey or ginger.
  • Enjoy!
