Subscriptions

Initial Subscription Your subscription for Teeccino Caffé Inc products will commence when Teeccino confirms the initial subscription payment and will continue in perpetuity until cancelled. Each subscription order is billed and shipped in one, two, or three-month intervals, as specified on the initial subscription order. One-time purchase items cannot be purchased with subscription items. Subscription orders have a 7-day processing time. Subscription orders cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or coupon. Subscription items cannot be purchased with one time items in the same cart.

Renewal Following the initial subscription term, subscriptions will renew automatically, matching the initial subscribed product and time frame selected. Credit cards will be billed automatically for an additional one, two, or three months, in accordance with the product subscription interval at the time of the initial order.

Modification/Changes To modify or change an existing subscription, the subscription must be active for at least 2 shipping cycles. Modifications can then be made to your account under subscriptions. Cancellations If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may cancel your subscription order by contacting Teeccino at (800) 498-3434. Cancellations must be made to Teeccino Caffé Inc 14 days prior to the renewal date of the subscription. Two cycle minimum must be received prior to cancellation of a subscription to maintain the discounted price. If a subscription order is canceled prior to shipment of the 2nd scheduled subscribed product shipment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $11.00.

Pausing If you wish to pause your subscription, you may pause by going to “My orders” under the subscription link and pausing the desired subscription. Pausing of subscriptions needs to happen no later than 14 days prior to the renewal date. Subscriptions may be paused for up to 1 cycle. Thereafter, paused subscriptions will be enabled automatically.

Availability Subscription orders are only available to customers in the United States that are 18 years of age or older. Subscription products are subject to availability, while supplies last.

Returns/Refunds Subscription orders are subject to the return and refund terms specified.

Miscellaneous

Teeccino’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms, shall not constitute a waiver or relinquishment of any of its rights hereunder. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms to be unenforceable, invalid, unlawful, or void, then such provision shall be deemed severed from the Terms and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The section titles used in these Terms are for convenience only and have no contractual or legal effect.

Modification to the Terms

Teeccino reserves the right at its sole discretion to add, delete, change or modify any part of the Terms at any time without prior notification. It is your responsibility to periodically check the Terms for any updates. Please review these Terms periodically to ensure you are familiar with the current Terms. By using this site, you agree to be bound by the most recently posted Terms.

Entire Agreement

Except as expressly provided in a separate license, service or other written agreement between you and Teeccino, these Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Teeccino in relation to your use of this website and supersede all previous agreements with respect to your use of this website.

Governing Law

The substantive laws of the State of California, without giving effect to its choice of law provisions, shall govern the use of this website and any dispute arising out of your use of the website, information posted on the site, or products purchased on this site.
