  • 10 fl oz brewed Teeccino brewed and chilled
  • 1-2 scoops whey protein powder equal to 20g of protein
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 cup berries frozen or fresh
  • 1 Tbsp moringa or spirulina powder
  • 1/4 cup [TeeChia Blueberry Date Super Seed Cereal]
  • ½ cup Greek low-fat yogurt or vegan cashew yogurt
  • 3 oz Mori-Nu Silken Soft Tofu
  • 6 frozen Teeccino ice cubes
  • 7 individual cashews or almonds soaked in water for 2 hours
  • Optional: Non-caloric sweetener like stevia or monk fruit to your preference
