I use Teeccino in my favorite cake recipe. I use brown rice and gluten-free flours then add Teeccino for the coffee flavoring. When I add the Teeccino, I not only add the liquid but the grounds as well. I enjoy eating the grounds for extra fiber and using them when I bake. Teeccino is not wasted in this household. Even when I brew a pot keep in the fridge for iced coffee, the paper towel that I use, gets shredded and tossed in my garden for composting. Teeccino's a good thing.
