This rich and decadent pudding is packed with healthy fats and can be a perfectly sweet treat to enjoy whether you’re on the Keto diet, the Paleo diet, or just generally avoiding refined sugar. This recipe features Teeccino Dandelion Caramel Nut, though it can easily be swapped out for whatever Teeccino blend you have handy. It’s quick, simple, easily adjustable, and requires no cooking.


  • 1 or 2 ripe avocados (adjust according to desired consistency)
  • 1 scoop/serving of whey or vegan protein powder (Sprouts Vegan Protein-Salted Caramel flavor is great!)
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (can also use carob or raw cacao powder)
  • 3 tbsp almond milk (or preferred nut milk)
  • ¼ cup brewed Teeccino Caramel Nut, cooled
  • 2 tbsp nut butter (ie; almond, sunflower, peanut, cashew etc.)
  • 1 tsp Teeccino Caramel Nut grounds
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 2 Medjool dates, pitted (optional)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and mix until smooth and uniform. The Teeccino granules and cacao nibs will not get blended, which adds for a nice textural contrast.
  2. Divide pudding into four 4-6 oz ramekins or small dessert bowls and sprinkle a bit of fleur de sel or maldón flaked salt on top and enjoy! These puddings can be served right away, or covered and stored for later in the refrigerator.
  3. Top with any additional garnishes such as berries, more cacao nibs, nuts, a dollop of keto-friendly whipped topping, or whatever your heart desires!
