Inspired by a fan-favorite Girl Scout cookie, our Samoa Latte recipe, contributed by Teeccino fans Blair Horton and Victoria Tschopp, offers a delightful twist on a beloved treat. Featuring Teeccino’s Dandelion Coconut blend, this recipe combines nutty shredded coconut with deep roasted dandelion and chicory roots, enhanced by a touch of orange peel. Just the right amount of sweetness from dates and figs makes it the perfect drink to satisfy your sweet tooth and your appetite.
Ingredients
- 4oz Dandelion Coconut Teeccino, chilled
- Coconut Flakes
- 1tsp Worldwide Botanicals Carob Powder
- 1tbsp Date Syrup
- 4oz full fat coconut milk


Dandelion Coconut Herbal Coffee
Nutty shredded coconut adds warmth to deep roasted dandelion and chicory roots; plus a spike of orange peel and the sweetness of dates and figs.
Instructions
Prep time: 15 minutes
For the rim:
- Toast coconut flakes in the oven for 5 minutes at 425 degrees.
- Rim glass with date syrup then roll in golden toasted coconut.
For the drink:
- Add all ingredients to shaker with ice, shake vigorously.
- Strain and pour over ice.
