Ah, the sweet relief of an ice pop on a hot day. Packed full of flavor and nutrients, these coconut pops are sure to wow your guests at your next pool party or refresh you after a long day outside!
Ingredients
- 12 oz strongly brewed [Dandelion Coconut Herbal Coffee]
- 3 tbsp coconut milk
- 1/2 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 whole ripe banana
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Instructions
Prep Time: 15 Minutes , Chilling Time: 1 hour , Calories per serving: 50
- Brew Teeccino using two tea bags in 12oz hot water, steep for 10 minutes
- Mix 1 tbsp coconut milk and 1/2 tbsp coconut flakes. Add to the bottom layer of ice pop mold. Set in freezer for 20 minutes.
- While the bottom layer is in the freezer, prepare the middle layer by mixing 2 tbsp coconut milk, 1 ripe mashed banana, 1/4 tsp almond extract, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, and half of the brewed Teeccino
- Add the middle layer to the ice pop mold and freeze for 20 minutes.
- Add the top layer of just the leftover tea and freeze until solid.
