The good news is, you don’t need an ice cream truck or the extra sugar and additives with these flavor-packed Teeccino Blood Orange-inspired iced pops of summer lovin’! Vanilla extract plus honey and orange zest add the perfect finish to this slightly more adult version of the traditional creamsicles we know and love.

  • 1 cup Chilled [Orange Chicory Herbal Coffee]
  • 1/2 can frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 can coconut cream
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Prep Time : 1 hours, Chilling Time : 2 hours, Calories per serving : 310

  1. Brew Teeccino using 4 rounded tablespoons per 8 cups water in a drip coffee maker or 1 tablespoon per 10 oz water in a French Press.
  2. Sweeten with honey and mix thoroughly.
  3. Chill brewed Teeccino for 4 hours in a refrigerator or 1 hour in a freezer.
  4. Into a blender, add chilled Teeccino, orange juice concentrate, coconut cream, orange zest and vanilla extract.
  5. Pour into Popsicle molds and add sticks.
  6. Freeze until solid.
  7. Enjoy on a hot afternoon or for an after-dinner treat.
