  • 3/4 cup gluten-free baking flour from Bob’s Red Mill®
  • 1/2 cup organic butter [or vegan shortening]
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cup [TeeChia TeeChia Variety Pack Super Seed Cereal]

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Add egg and vanilla.
  3. Add flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Add TeeChia.
  6. Mix well again.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
