Ingredients
- 3/4 cup gluten-free baking flour from Bob’s Red Mill®
- 1/2 cup organic butter [or vegan shortening]
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cup [TeeChia TeeChia Variety Pack Super Seed Cereal]

- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add egg and vanilla.
- Add flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon.
- Mix well.
- Add TeeChia.
- Mix well again.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
