Instead, you'll get a tall glass of creamy iced coffee with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. Such a simple concept for so much pleasure! The French coined the concept a la mode for eating dessert with ice cream. Whether you call this scrumptious combination of Teeccino and ice cream a float after America's favorite root beer floats, or Teeccino a la mode for a fancier name, you'll fall in love with this combination.

Ingredients

  • Chilled [Dandelion Passionfruit Peach Herbal Coffee], any flavor
  • 2 oz half & half or evaporated milk (for a non-dairy version, we recommend Califia Farms Barrista creamer because it tastes the most like milk with a rich creamy body)
  • 1 scoop of your favorite ice cream (our favorite vegan ice cream is Coconut Bliss!

Instructions

Prep Time : 5 minutes

  1. Fill a large glass with ice.
  2. Pour chilled Teeccino over the top of the ice to 2/3 full. (Make iced Teeccino by brewing 2 cups water per 2 Tbsp Teeccino in a French Press or any kind of coffee maker and chill in the refrigerator)
  3. Add creamer to 3/4 full.
  4. Top with a scoop of ice cream and enjoy!


Optional Variations

  1. Add whipped cream over the top of the ice cream.
  2. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the ice cream.
  3. For an adult dessert, make Teeccini instead of chilled Teeccino. Pour the Teeccini into a martini glass without ice. Then add the scoop of ice cream to the middle of the glass. Your guests will swoon over this amazing concoction but watch out you won't want to stop drinking it!
