Peppermint Chocolate Teeccini

For those of us who like to drink our desserts, this caffeine-free twist on a Mochatini is a welcomed after-dinner treat! Who doesn’t love the combination of chocolate and coffee? But traditional Mochatinis call for two shots of espresso – for most of us, that much caffeine late at night would have us up all night long. Thanks to Teeccino, you can have your mochatini and drink it too!


  • .5 oz chocolate sauce
  • .5 oz maple syrup
  • 2 oz of vodka
  • 2 oz of strongly brewed [Teeccino French Roast Chicory Herbal Coffee] (or any coffee-like flavor)
  • 2 oz of milk (or non-dairy alternative)
  • A couple of drops of peppermint extract
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon
  • Chocolate syrup + candy canes (optional for garnish)

We recommend making this libation with either of our French Roast blends - Teeccino’s original French Roast or Reishi Eleuthero French Roast - featuring deep coffee notes from roasted ramón seeds and chicory roots. You can also use certified gluten-free Dandelion Dark Roast.

  1. Rim a martini glass with chocolate syrup and crushed candy canes, chill in the freezer.
  2. Add chocolate sauce, maple syrup, vodka, Teeccino, milk, and peppermint extract to a shaker filled with ice.
  3. Shake well and pour into chilled martini glass. Enjoy!
