The secret to a great iced Teeccino is to brew it very strong. Then the dilution from ice and milk won't drown out those lovely roasted notes from Teeccino. This recipe calls for brewing Teeccino using twice the amount as normal to make a strongly flavored liquid that can be frozen in ice trays. Think of them when a hot day starts to get you down and you'll be ready to make this frozen frappe in no time at all!

Ingredients

  • Double strength brewed [Teeccino Herbal Coffee], any flavor!
  • 1 tbsp milk or non dairy milk
  • Sweetener of your choice - try maple syrup or a non-caloric sugar replacement like Stevia or Swerve®

Select your favorite coffee-like blend

You can use any coffee-like blend in this recipe such as certified gluten-free Dandelion Dark Roast with detoxifying dandelion root or French Roast featuring roasted ramón seeds from the Maya Biosphere Reserve.   1. Using ice cube tray, create frozen cubes of both the brewed Teeccino and milk / soy milk
  2. Add equal amounts of Teeccino ice cubes and milk ice cubes in a blender
  3. Add sweetener
  4. Blend until smooth
  5. You can experiment by adding 1 tbsp vanilla or 1 tsp cinnamon or pure cocoa powder. For a more adult version, add 1/4 of alcohol of your choice.
