  • 6 oz brewed and chilled [Dandelion Caramel Nut Chicory Herbal Coffee] – use either Mediterranean or certified gluten free Dandelion blend
  • 2-3 dates, pitted
  • 1/4 cup cashews, soaked
  • 1 banana
  • Plant-based protein powder
  • 6 ice cubes

Optional Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup TeeChia
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • Caramel drizzle

Instructions

Prep Time : 2 hours

  1. Soak the cashews in filtered water for 2-4 hours.
  2. Brew 2 cups of Teeccino Caramel Nut according to directions and chill in the refrigerator while the cashews are soaking.
  3. In a blender, pour in 2 cups of brewed, chilled Teeccino.
  4. Drain the cashews and add them to the blender along with 2-3 pitted dates depending on the level of sweetness desired.
  5. Blend at high speed until the cashews & dates are completely blended and the smoothie is creamy and smooth.
  6. Add any of the optional ingredients and quickly blend until they are well incorporated.
  7. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
