Thanks to best-selling author, Amie Valpone of thehealthyapple.com, here's a delicious smoothie that's filled with fiber, healthy fats, protein and whole grains that is surely just as tasty as a meal on the table! Especially for when you're running out the door in the morning before work and you're in need of a healthy breakfast or you're craving a little sweetness in the afternoon, drink this smoothie that keeps you satiated for hours!
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 large banana
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp [Chaga Ashwagandha Butterscotch Cream Mushroom Herbal Coffee], any blend
- 1 tsp organic vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp organic cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp crushed raw almonds
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
- 2 medjool dates
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs (optional)
