  • 1 cup mixed berries (we used strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries!) fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup silken tofu
  • ¼ cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ⅓ cup [TeeChia Blueberry Date Super Seed Cereal]
  • 1 tsp ginger peeled and finely grated (add a bit more for a spicier kick!)
  • 1 tsp honey (sweeten to taste)

  1. In a blender, combine berries, tofu and pomegranate juice. Add in 2 tbsp honey, Blueberry Date TeeChia, and ginger.
  2. Blend until smooth, 15 to 20 seconds.
  3. Adjust sweetness and spice by adding honey or ginger.
  4. Enjoy!
