The classic Italian pick-me-up will now give you a natural energy boost without interfering with your sleep! Teeccino makes such a delicious tiramisu, your guests will be shocked to find out that it wasn’t made with coffee.
Ingredients
For the syrup:
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1½ cup strong brewed [Teeccino]
- ¼ cup Marsala or Brandy
For the filling:
- 3 – 8oz. containers Italian Mascarpone cheese
- 1½ cups sugar (or non-caloric Swerve® sugar replacement)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- Lady Fingers or Pound Cake
- Unsweetened cocoa powder

We made this recipe with our French Roast Herbal Coffee, featuring intense deep coffee notes from roasted ramón seeds and chicory roots. You can also use any of our blends that taste the most like coffee, such as Java, Reishi Eleuthero, and Dandelion Dark Roast.

Syrup:
- Mix ingredients in a small saucepan and boil for 5 minutes.
- Set aside to cool
Tiramisu:
- Layer bottom of a 12" x 12" glass or ceramic dish with ladyfingers or pound cake in a single layer. Brush well with ½ of the syrup.
- Blend mascarpone cheese in a mixer with sugar until smooth.
- Add cream and whip until combined.
- Spread ½ of the cream mixture on top of soaked ladyfingers.
- Repeat with another layer of ladyfingers, brushing with syrup, and the rest of the cream filling.
- Sprinkle lightly with cocoa powder and chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
